毫無性價比，設施老舊，臨街，幾乎沒有隔音！ 酒店前台無法通過任何渠道聯繫，電話佔線，郵件未讀，但好在一視同仁，消費者聯繫不上，訂房網站出面也聯繫不上！ 真不知道是怎麼刷到榜單裡的！

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is well-designed with vintage style. It's clean and hygiene as well. The breakfast is really nice with variety choices of western/laos food. The location is good, just near the main street, and 10-min walk to the night market. Just a little bit improvement can be done for amenities (e.g. upgrade the socket with usb tab, sound-absorb materials for blocking the noise from street)

設施：設施比較老 衞生：每天都打掃比較乾淨 環境：普通且正常 服務：非常惡劣 酒店白天的值班前台態度非常惡劣，帶有色眼鏡看人，對中國人比較歧視和不友好，英文聽不懂的時候沒有耐心，甚至責怪你聽不懂，可事實就是他講的英語非常有口音且讀錯單詞；對白人非常跪舔；酒店的設施和服務都配不上8百多人民幣一晚；洗臉盆的下水還是壞的，洗澡的遮擋簾子是臟的，蚊子比較多，隔音非常差勁，陽台門也是壞的；一般不給差評，但是忍不了了

千萬不要訂！！！超級無敵吵，就在馬路邊上。一整晚都會被路過的摩託車的聲音不停不停的吵醒，感覺就像是睡在馬路邊上，隨時有個流浪漢會過來踢你一腳。而且旁邊有一衹雞從晚上10點打鳴到凌晨5點，但是白天完全不叫。好處就是離佈施的街道很近，每天早上都可以起來去看那個表演。另外工作人員的服務熱情，但講真的，他如果不熱情我肯定會發起床氣，一整晚基本沒睡太痛苦了。另外那個地板超級無敵滑，你絕對可以在上面各種劈叉。

中心地から少し離れて、いい感じの靜けさがあります。ナイトマーケットまで徒歩圏內です。 ただ、レストランの上の部屋だったため音楽がガン響きでした。 1泊で無理になり、2泊目以降は部屋を移動させてもらいました。（若干ダウングレード感はあり） 移動した部屋は音楽が聞こえないのでほぼ満足ですが、お湯が出なく修理してなんとか対応してもらいました。 ラオスだからしょうがないかなーという感じかもしれません。 近くに野ニワトリ？がいて、朝起こされる感じがあり正直雰囲気は良かったが、同様の金額で他のホテル頼んでいれば良かったなとは思います。

We loved it! Excellent stay in this small heritage boutique hotel in the heart of Luang Prabang. Some comments mention that it’s a bit noisy in the morning as you can hear people outside going for the alms giving, it’s true, but it was not an issue for us and this is because you are staying in an old wooden building.

房間乾淨整潔 床墊很舒適 房間的設計風格有法式的感覺 還可以 樓下就是餐廳 牛排很贊 酒店到附近的景點都很方便 放假散心的好去處 就是房間隔音效果一般 但是可以接受 酒店的沐浴露備品個人很喜歡

Everything was just like in the pictures. Super nice decoration. The room and its balcony were quite big. The taste of their breakfast was very nice, literally - only American breakfast's available, tho. Free bicycle ride. It's located in a quiet area, which is good. It's close to the aiming area (with Wat Sensoukharam scene on the back) but a bit far from the night/morning market, FYI. Unfortunately, there was a construction in front of the hotel so it was noisy during the day.

Super charming french colonial hotel in luang prabang overlooking nam khan river, breakfast is good ala carte style, some staff were friendly and accommodating very near alms giving ceremony, phousi hill is a 10 minute walk, room is spacious and mini bar refilled daily, would have been perfect had there been a pool
